Due to the nature of our research peptide products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the product is defective.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are coordinated with the original payment method whenever possible. Crypto refunds may require verification by email before processing.
